Community Health Fair

WeSERVE CDC, in conjunction with Praise Center COGIC, proudly presents the 2023 Fall Community Health Fair on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM at 17948 Fraley Blvd, Dumfries, VA 22026. Safeway will be onsite administering COVID-19 vaccinations and Flu Shots. Biometric Screening will be available along with other Healthcare Professionals on site providing Support and coaching for the following areas: Hypertension Diabetes Weight Loss Heart Attack Stroke Mental Health Awareness FREE COMMUNITY EVENT! Come out and learn more about the state of your health!
